Attention City Utility Customers: PHONE SCAM WARNING!

There is a phone scam being attempted against City Utility Customers. If you receive a call after business hours or on a weekend from a 1-800 number, this is not the City of Truth or Consequences Utility Office.  The caller is telling customers that their utilities are set for disconnection unless they submit a payment via credit card over the phone. If you receive such a call, hang up immediately. As a reminder, the City of Truth or Consequences Utility Office will never request your credit card or banking information over the telephone. Utilities provided by the City
The City of Truth or Consequences Utilities Department is proud to provide the following services to our valued customers, the residents of Truth or Consequences.

• Electric Division
• Water Division
• Wastewater Division
• Solid Waste Division

We provide the same services, with the exception of solid waste collection, to the Village of Williamsburg. These services are centrally managed by the Utility Office located in City Hall at 505 Sims Street in Truth or Consequences.
