The Parks & Recreation Department provides a wide variety of both indoor and outdoor recreation activities for all age groups.
Some of the more used activities are the Youth Center, Fishing Pond, Tennis Courts, Golf Course, Skateboard Park, Swimming Pool (Normally open May--Sept) and Gun Range.
We also provide all kinds of youth activities including Basketball, Baseball, Swimming, Tennis, Soccer and Junior Rodeo. We are always looking for other activities for all ages to enjoy.

The facilities run by the Truth or Consequences Parks and Recreation Department are:
- Louis Armijo Sports Complex — provides baseball, soccer and softball fields. Located across the street from the Fair Barn in Williamsburg.
- Rodeo Arena — Located just East of the Louis Armijo Sports Comples. Please call 894-1943 to make use of the arena.
- Swimming Pool — Open late May until the first of September. Located at 775 Daniels in Truth or Consequences.
- Tennis Courts — Located behind the main library in Truth or Consequences.
- Fish Pond — Open to those 12 yrs or younger, those with disabilities and seniors. The fish pond is located next to Ralph Edwards Park.
- Skateboard Park — Open to all ages. Located in Ralph Edwards Park.
- Gun Range — Open 7 days a week. Winter from 8AM to 5PM. Summer from 8AM to Sundown.
