The Municipal Court of Truth or Consequences provides adjudication over petty misdemeanor cases alleging violations of City ordinances, including uniform traffic ordinances and City codes.

Arraignments are scheduled Monday-Thursday from 9am-12pm and 1-4:30pm.
Trials, Sentences and Motions are scheduled Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday from 1-4:30pm.
Teen Court and Alternative Sentence Programs occur monthly from 4:30-6:30pm (call or email for info).
